Calibration Steps

  • Step 1

    Fill out the Calibration Form

    Fill out the calibration form included with your ACE XS. This helps ensure it is returned to you. Make sure to include the return address and a contact phone number.

  • Step 2

    Make Payment to our Service Partner

    Follow the above link to our service partner's website. There you can set up and pay for the calibration.

  • Step 3

    Ship Your ACE XS for Calibration

    After confirming your calibration, pack your ACE XS with the calibration form and ship it to the calibration center. Processing normally takes 5 business days.

Overtime the sensor in the device can be affected by temperature, humidity, saliva and residue build up. This can cause it to report too low or too high of a BAC. Regular calibration ensures you get accurate results.

We recommend having your device calibrated after 500 tests or after 12 months, whichever comes first.

Calibration of your device costs $30 + shipping. This price includes return shipping within the United States.

Calibration must be performed by a trained technician on specialized, certified machinery.
